Consultation on Live Events Reinsurance Scheme

As we emerge from the pandemic period various support initiatives are either coming to an end or are subject to review, one of which is the Live Events Reinsurance Scheme. This was enacted to give confidence to the live events market which had struggled to secure insurance against event cancellations due to Covid 19.

The Government committed to a review point for the Scheme in Spring 2022.

DCMS is gathering views on the Scheme from the live events sector to help inform this review, via this online survey, however the survey closes at midnight on Sunday 27 March.
